A product for hand washing and disinfection
Ingredients and properties:
A combination of surfactants which, with a disinfecting component – alkil-dimethyl-benzil-ammonium- chloride act synergically and enable a triple purpose of the product:
- Efficient hand washing
- Successful disinfection
- Hand care, so that even when used frequently, the product not only does not dry out the skin, but makes it supple and elastic. It also helps wounds and other skin damage heal faster.
Area of use:
Anywhere frequent hand washing and disinfection are required, especially in healthcare, veterinary and food industry machinery. Given its exceptional efficiency, it has found its use in hospitality industry, public facilities and households as well.
Application method
For ordinary hand washing and disinfection, 2-3 ml of the product, rubbed in on wet hands for 3-4 minutes, would suffice. Repeat the process in case of extremely greasy skin.
For surgical disinfection, repeat the washing process 2-3 times using a sterile brush for nails and cuticles. It is also suggested to, after washing, rub a 1% solution of „Polisol R“ or „Alkoderm“ in the skin and leave it on for 5-10 minutes.

Alkoderm Gel
A modern product based on alcohol and selected quaternaries for prolonged disinfection of hand skin.
It is applied in amounts of 2-3ml and rubbed in on the hand skin. It enables complete disinfection and skin care and prevents a possible reinfection. The most efficient way to apply the product
is via a sensor dispenser.
Polisol R®
Sredstvo za dezinfekciju ruku
"Polisol R®" je kompleksan dezificijens snažnog baktericidnog i fungicidnog delovanja, tako da se vrlo široko upotrebljava u zdravstvu, prehrambenoj industriji, veterini, trgovini, turizmu i u svakodnevnom životu.
Deluje na gram-pozitivne i gram-negativne bakterije, a kao katjonsko sredstvo nikako se ne sme mešati sa anjonskim tenzidima i deterdžentima.
Dezinfekcija ruku:
Posle temeljnog pranja sapunom ruke se isperu vodom, a zatim kvase 1%-tnim rastvorom "Polisola R®" 5-10 minuta. Za brzu dezinfekciju na terenu, ruke se mogu dezinfikovati nerazređenim sredstvom u trajanju od 1- 2 minuta.

Hemosept
Hemosept
A product for general sanitation and disinfection of water.
Ingredients:
100g of the granulate contains 99g Sodium dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate
Physical and chemical characteristics:
White granules of a specific scent similar to that of chlorine, easily and completely dissolvable in water, with an extremely high bactericidal effect on bacteries, fungi, algae and certain types of viruses.
Application:
1. General sanitation in public institutions, food industry, healthcare, veterinary, individual households, farms etc.
a) Working concentration:
For regular sanitation or disinfection of surfaces, a water solution of „Hemosept“, prepared just before use, should be used. It is enough to dissolve 2g of „Hemosept“ per 10l of water, which can release active chlorine in concentration of around 100 mg/l. Thusly prepared solution is usable for the next 6-8 hours. In the situation of extremely exacerbated hygienic conditionse (epidemic, natural disasters), for disinfection of earthen floors in animal facilities, disinfection of faeces and preparation of disinfecting barriers, the concentration should be doubled (4g/10l).
b) Working time
Depending on the contamination degree of the surface, the needed effect time varies from 3 minutes to 2 hours.
In the case of extreme contamination – repeat the disinfection procedure.
2. Disinfection of water in pools

A modern product based on alcohol and selected quaternaries for prolonged disinfection of hand skin.
Liquid form of this disinfectant enables application by spraying in automated disinfecting stations.
Polisol D ®
Product for shoe disinfection
Place of application:
Automated disinfection stations or separate devices for cleaning and disinfection of boots. Disinfection stations are placed at the entrance of a technologically important section of manufacture, or at the entrance of the manufacturing hall.
They represent a set of devices which disinfect footwear (boots), a hand disinfection part and a three-section ramp which enables passage only when both disinfection processes are done.
„Polisol D“ is used with stations with a submerging lattice and with models with rotating brushes as well.
Recommended working concentration is 1.5-2% of „Polisol D“.

Alkopen
Very alkaline foaming product for removing heavy dirt.
Means of application:
It is used with a foam generator, in a 3-5% solution. With foam generators working only with pressurized water, use warm water (50°C - 60°C) if possible. Foam generators working on compressed air work with cold water. Contact time is between 15 and 20 minutes. After the contact time has passed, rinse the surfaces with water. With heavier tar and resin layers repeat the washing operation.
Area of application:
It can be used for washing all kinds of surfaces, except aluminium and zinc.

Acidopen
Acidic foamy agent for washing and removing scale from floors, walls and equipment.
Means of application:
It is used with a foam generator, in a 3-5% solution. With foam generators working only with pressurized water, use warm water (50°C - 60°C) if possible. Foam generators working on compressed air work with cold water. Contact time is between 15 and 20 minutes.
Area of use:
Used for regular sanitation of all surfaces, except zinc.

Dezipen
A neutral foaming combined agent for washing and disinfection.
It is used with a foam generator, in a 3-5% solution. With foam generators working only with pressurized water, use warm water (50°C - 60°C) if possible. Foam generators working on compressed air work with cold water. Contact time is between 15 and 20 minutes. Disinfection is based on bensalconium-chloride as a disinfecting component which, in combination with nonionic surfactants has very strong bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects.
Important:
Do not mix „Dezipen“with other washing agents.

Dezipen H
Mild alcaline foaming agent for washing and disinfection
An excellent foaming agent for daily washing and disinfection of filling machines in alcohol and soft beverage industry. In meat and dairy industry, in can be used for washing and disinfection of desks, floors and equipment.
It is used with a foam generator. Disinfection is based on active chlorine.
The product is used with cold water, in a 3-5% solution and exposition time of 10-15 minutes. After washing, thoroughly wash the surfaces with bacteriologically clean water.

Hemo Uni
Hemo Uni
A universal product for washing and cleaning all kinds of solid surfaces.
„Hemo Uni“ is a powdery, medium-alkaline product based on inorganic salts and anionic surface active agents. It is easily soluble in water, creating cloudy-white, foamy solutions.
Place of application:
Working under the recommended circumstances, „Hemo Uni“ will efficiently degrease floors, desks and slaughter industry equipment parts, and is very efficient in dairies, large restaurants, hospitals and hotels as well.
Application methods:
„Hemo Uni“ is used for hand and machine washing.
With hand washing, the recommended work temperature lies between 45°C and 50°C and the recommended concentration is 2-3%.
With pressurised washing, a 75°C-80°C and a concentration of 1% should be used.
After washing, rinsing with warm water is recommended.

Product for floor washing and disinfection
A mild alkaline agent based on a combintion of anionic and nonionic tensides. The bactericidal component is active chlorine. It is used in a 3-5% solution. After washing, rinse the surfaces with fresh water and dry with floor mops.

Lactochem SK
A product for removing scales and corrosion from ceramic and chromed surfaces.
Contents and purpose of the product:
„Lactochem SK“ is a liquid, acidic product, based on mineral acids and surfactants.
Application method:
It is used for hand cleaning of ceramic and chromed surfaces and removal of scales and corrosion traces. The product is applied with a sponge or brushes, left for 10 minutes and then rinsed with fresh water. If needed, repeat the process. Use protective work equipment for acids (rubber gloves).

Hemo 88
Hemo 88
A product for washing atmos chambers, grills, aspirators, dishes, ovens and other heavily greased surfaces.
Hemo 88 is a powdery, very alcaline product based on inorganic salts and surface active agents. Easily and completely soluble in water (an exotermal reaction), creating cloudy, milky-white solutions.
The product contains potassium hydroxide (NaOH), which requires certain rules which must be followed during use. The product's structure and properties are extremely well adapted to very strict requirements of slaughter industry, regarding efficiency in removing heavy dirt in atmos chambers (resin, tar) and floors (rubber wheels prints on the floor tiles, especially on the sections for forklift movement).
It also shows extremely high efficiency in large kitchens, bakeries and other places where heavy dirt or burned organic remains may appear.
Besides steel and prochrome surfaces, „HEMO 88“ successfully cleans ceramic and concrete surfaces as well. When washing aluminum trays, the surface might lose its shine.
Application methods:
For washing atmos chambers, the work concentration is 3%, and the solution temperature – at least 50°C. When washing grills, aspirators, burned remains on dishes, ovens etc., a 5% solution heated to 60-70°C should be used. When it comes to this kind of washing, time of effect is of great importance. Whenever possible, disassemble the grill parts and submerge them into the hot solution. Leave it for several hours (during the night, for example) and then remove the dirt separately. Aspirators and ovens should be sprayed with a 5% solution and left over the night. With hand washing, protective equipment must be used: goggles, rubber gloves, apron and boots.
Storage methods
„Hemo 88“ is ought to be storaged in cold and dry places meant for keeping hazardous chemicals, according to the Safety list.

Hemo 88 L
Product for washing very dirty surfaces – both by hand and using devices for pressurised washing.
Structure and purpose of the product:
„Hemo 88L“ is a liquid, very alkaline agent based on inorganic salts and surface active agents. Easily and completely soluble in water. The agent contains potassium hydroxide (NaOH) and thus is classified as a hazardous chemical. The structure and properties of „Hemo 88L“ are extremely well adapted to very strict requirements of slaughter industry, regarding efficiency in removing heavy dirt in atmos chambers (resin, tar) and floors (rubber wheels prints on the floor tiles, especially on the sections for forklift movement).
It is a very effective for machine washing of sticks for meat hanging on smoking trolleys.Besides steel and prochrome surfaces, „HEMO 88“ successfully cleans ceramic and concrete surfaces as well. It might cause blurriness if used on aluminum surfaces.
Preparation methods:
It is recommended to use a washing mashine (???) (80-90 °C and at least 50bar of pressure, with the concentration at the nozzle around 1%)
